Interior French drains are often installed along the inside basement perimeter to collect water at the wall-floor joint or beneath the slab.

Chimney Rebuilding

When damage extends beyond simple repairs, a complete or partial chimney rebuild may be necessary to ensure safety and functionality. We reconstruct chimneys using quality materials and proven methods that meet or exceed current building codes throughout Fairfield, CT and surrounding areas.

Chimney Repointing
Repointing involves removing deteriorated mortar and replacing it with fresh material to strengthen your chimney's structure. This essential maintenance prevents water penetration and stops minor damage from becoming major problems that require costly repairs.
Chimney Waterproofing
Water is the leading cause of chimney damage, accelerating deterioration and creating hazardous conditions. Our waterproofing treatments protect your masonry from moisture absorption while allowing trapped vapor to escape, preserving your chimney for years to come.
